Melbourne is Australia’s second-largest city with a population of approximately 3.5 million. It is a multi-cultural city and boasts great festivals and shopping.

Outside Melbourne you will find a host of regional attractions, from the Little Penguins to the spectacular Great Ocean Road.

Melbourne is a very safe, exciting city in which to live. It offers a modern, efficient transport system. Melbourne has a large number of parks, beaches, a thriving arts culture and a unique blend of historical and modern architecture.

Melbourne is set around the shores of Port Philip Bay. The city itself, laid out in a large
rectangle and boasting a lively cosmopolitan pulse, sits on the northern banks of the Yarra River, about five kilometers from the bay.
